Ter-ruff-ic!

I needed to make a birthday card for my cousin's youngest daughter, so here is something that was quick and cheerful. It's funny, I never thought that the orange and turquoise would go with the caramel, but it worked! Half the reason I even incorporated orange and turquoise onto this card in the first place, was so that I could use some of my bold brights eyelets and some of my 100 yards of turquoise grosgrain. This card measures 7x4.
