I haven't used anything "sandy" for quite some time, so I had to think a bit on this challenge. Finally, I decided to pull out a chipboard circle, applied some DP and then sanded the edges.

Supplies: Stamps: Into the Forest
Ink: Burnt Umber
Paper: Basic Grey Granola collection
Accessories, etc.: sanding block, ribbon, chipboard, scalloped circle nestabilities
Here's a second card for the ways to use it challenge. For this one, I used sand in the form of my favorite Copic colour (E33- sand), as well as some coordinating sand-like paper.

Supplies: Stamps: Hugs from a Bug
Ink: Rich Cocoa, Bamboo Leaves
Paper: Textured Olive, Dark Chocolate, White
Accessories, etc.: Basic Grey Granola sticker , Copics
These are adorable! I love the whitespace on the second card. So cute.
ReplyDeleteThese are both awesome! I love the sandy ground for the ants and the colors on the first one are perfect with the owl. Very nice!
